Welcome to AI Contact (“AI Contact”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), operated by Spark Buck Studio. By downloading, accessing, or using AI Contact on Google Play, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Contact, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AI Contact for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

3. The service

AI Contact helps you search, organize, call, and message people stored in your device address book. Core contact features process content locally on your device. Optional online features (such as ads, analytics, and crash reporting) are described in our Privacy Policy.

4. User conduct

You agree not to:

Use the app for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to interfere with the operation of the app or related services.
Reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the app except as permitted by law.

5. Intellectual property

All software, branding, and materials associated with AI Contact are owned by Spark Buck Studio or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

6. Disclaimer

AI Contact is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spark Buck Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of AI Contact.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if these Terms are violated. You may stop using AI Contact at any time by uninstalling the app.

9. Privacy

How we handle information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
